The Longing
Life is busy. It moves fast. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, most of us are longing for something we cannot quite name. Stimulation is everywhere, and easy. This is the other thing.
I hear it after temple. On the floor, in the doorway, in the voice notes that arrive on a Wednesday. Thousands of conversations now, and the word that comes up more than tantra, more than intimacy, more than any practice, is myself. I want to feel like myself again. I want to meet people as myself.
Someone said it to me almost exactly like this: “Life is busy and it moves so fast. I am longing to be in the moment. To feel deeply and make actual connections instead of brief small talk.”
That longing does not live in a workshop. It lives on a Tuesday. At a dinner table. Lying next to someone you love and feeling a room away. It is the ordinary ache of a full life that never once asks you to be fully in it.
So this is two hours of practising the thing nobody ever taught you. Coming back into the body. Meeting yourself there. Meeting others from that place. And together, meeting Life.
Call it Life, call it God, call it spirit, call it whatever still makes you ache when you say it out loud. Met more fully. Met more deeply. That is the whole art.
Movement first, then meeting. The body settles before anything is asked of it, and the room loosens long before anyone says a word about connection.
Presence deepens. Trust forms. And somewhere in the second hour, without anyone deciding it, two people who were strangers at half past two are laughing into each other’s shoulder.
The Field
Most rooms ask for a version of you. The friendly one. The capable one. The one that is fine. Holding that version up all evening is quietly exhausting, and it is why you can leave a full room still hungry.
This is a permission field. A room where more of you gets to come alive, in front of other people, in the middle of an ordinary week. You arrive as you are, and you get met there.
The Art of Embodied Connection™ is a monthly workshop in tantra, authentic connection and embodied community, before every Tantrik Temple night. Two hours, 14:30 to 16:30 CET, in the light still up. It stands whole on its own, and it is the opening chapter of the full evening for those who continue into the temple.
We settle first. Breath, body, nervous system. Then we meet: through authentic relating, conscious movement, partner practices and play. Presence deepens. Trust builds. So does real connection. Something real arrives in that room every single time. It always does.
Every practice is an invitation. Nothing is forced. Nothing is expected. Everything is optional. Your yes and your no are both honoured. That is exactly what makes it safe enough to bring the whole of you.
And it is fun. Genuinely, properly fun. There is more laughter in this room than anybody expects, and a kind of sacred silliness that only arrives once everyone stops trying to get it right.
The body becomes a doorway. Connection becomes a practice.
A New Theme Every Month
Every month carries its own theme, turning with the wheel of the year. Something everybody walking in is already living, named out loud, and then practised in the body.
The theme turns every month, on the wheel of the year, and more are already being written. Each one stands whole on its own. Come to one. Come to every one, and watch what builds in you when the same room keeps meeting you a little deeper each time.
16:30
New to this world? This is the smallest possible way in. Two hours, €44, in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. If a whole temple night feels like a big jump, this is the version of the jump you can actually make. A room full of people who walked in slightly nervous too, and who will tell you so by the end. Most people find that by 16:30 they are not ready to go home, and the temple is already waiting in the same room.
If you already know the temple: you know exactly what this does. Two hours to land, to arrive, to meet the people before the candles go down. You walk into the temple already met, already known by a few faces, already in your body, and into a field that has had all afternoon to form. The magic lands so much deeper that way.
At 16:30 there is an hour and a half of nothing at all. People eat, walk, sit in the sun, keep talking to whoever they just met. At 18:00 the temple opens in the same room: ritual, music, the deeper practices, a night that runs until 23:00.
Most people who come once now take the whole day. The bundle costs less than buying the two apart, so if some part of you already knows you are staying, you may as well let yourself have the whole thing.
People who walked in as strangers at half past two walk into the temple at six already known. That is the whole reason this exists in the same room, on the same day.
The full day costs €35 more than the temple on its own, which means the workshop works out cheaper inside the bundle than beside it. Both the workshop and the bundle rise as the date gets closer, so booking early is simply kinder to you.
Food is not included. The break between the workshop and the temple is yours: bring something, or eat nearby with whoever you have just met. That hour and a half in between is where a surprising number of the friendships start.
Whether This Is Yours
This is for you if you are curious and slightly nervous, and the nerves have not talked you out of it yet. If you have read about this world for a year without ever walking into it. If you are partnered and want something real to bring home. If you are single and tired of connection that stays on the surface. If you moved to this city and still know almost nobody.
If you take everything seriously and cannot remember the last time you were silly on purpose, this room is very much for you too.
If what you actually want is to meet yourself, to meet others, to meet Life more fully and more deeply, and you want people to do it alongside you.
Beginners and temple regulars end up in the same practices here, and that is deliberate. Both. Always both.
Come with an open heart and a real yes. That is the whole entry requirement.
From People Who Walked In Nervous
It was my first time and I was really nervous but as soon as I walked in the room my nerves started to dissipate. It felt so good after I decided I want to dive deeper and do a private ceremony with her.
First and foremost, I felt extremely comfortable and connected with you guys! What a tribe. It really helped me to go into the Temple space with curiosity and courage!
So many times at temple nights it feels like the facilitator is performing. With Sandi it feels completely different: warm, real, embodied, and deeply human.

No level to reach first. No version of yourself to assemble on the way in. You arrive as you are, and you get met there.
Straight Answers
Come in whatever makes you feel comfortable and sensual. This is your playground: dress however you want to express yourself, however you want to show up for yourself today. Some arrive soft and layered, some arrive in the thing they never get an excuse to wear. Your body, exactly as it is today, is dressed correctly.
No. Most people come alone. Couples are welcome, and choose for themselves whether to practise with each other, with others, or both. You choose, every time.
So is half the room, and none of them look it either. Nobody is called on. Listening is a full way of being here. Most people tell me the shyness melts somewhere in the first half hour, and they are surprised by how fast. The nervous system settles. It always does.
No. This is a sacred conscious space, and eros is present and honoured. The workshop practices are presence, gaze, breath, boundary and real meeting. Tantra here is the art of being fully in the room, in your body, with another person who is also fully there. The temple that opens at 18:00 is its own container with its own agreements, and it is a separate choice.
Both. Always both. Some of you walk through this door with zero prior experience, nothing but curiosity and maybe a flutter of nerves, and that is exactly enough. Others have already tasted parts of this path and are here to shed another layer, to meet a rawer edge of yourselves, to walk into the temple that evening already open. When people at different depths share a room, something moves between them that never happens when everyone is standing in the same place.
Come as you are. People arrive here heartbroken, exhausted, mid-divorce, freshly moved to a city where they know nobody. You do not have to be in a good season to be in this room. You have to be honest, and willing to take care of yourself in it.
And Afterwards
Some people do this once and carry it home quietly. Others walk out at 16:30, or at the end of the night, already knowing they want to keep going with the same people. Tribe forms fast in this room, and it tends to hold.
The Living Temple™ is where that goes. An ongoing room with the same faces: one call a month on a Tuesday, 19:00 to 20:30 CET, one gathering, the Sacred Feminine Temple, and the Inner Circle Temple that never gets listed anywhere. It is the in-between, where the sacredness comes home with you and gets lived for real in the middle of an ordinary week.
The path is simple. The workshop opens the day. The temple opens the night. The Living Temple™ holds the months between them. You need one temple night with me before you join, so the workshop day is very often where it starts.
Becoming who you truly are is the work of a lifetime. It starts on an ordinary afternoon, in a room that invites all of you.
